Checking Creation Status

There will be 3 types of status of Knowledge Base which you can see on the Knowledge Base menu under Status column :

Statuses of knowledge base are as follows :

• Active : Knowledge Base creation is completed and ready to use

• Pending : Creation is still in progress , please wait a couple of minutes

• Failed : Unable to create Knowledge Base, you may retry the creation process with the button

• Waiting for Payment : This status will be shown when users create a premium Knowledge Base but have not completed the payment. Users can continue their payment process through the blue button under Actions column
